My services are supportive in nature and are not a substitute for medical, legal, or mental health treatment.
- I do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or clinical care
- For any medical concerns, you should always consult a qualified healthcare professional
3. Bookings & Payments
- Bookings are confirmed once agreed and, where applicable, a deposit or full payment has been received
- Payments may be made via Stripe or BACS
- Any pricing and payment terms will be clearly communicated prior to booking
4. Cancellations & Changes
I understand that life can be unpredictable, especially during pregnancy and postpartum.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible
- Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the service booked
- Refunds or rescheduling will be considered based on timing and circumstances
I will always aim to approach this with fairness and understanding.
5. Birth & Postpartum Support
Birth and postpartum periods can be unpredictable.
While I will always do my best to be available and present as agreed:
- There may be circumstances outside of my control that affect availability
- In such cases, I will communicate with you as soon as possible and offer alternative support where I can
6. Photography Services
Where photography is provided:
- Images will be delivered as agreed following the session
- Your comfort, privacy, and consent are deeply important
Use of Images
- Images will only be used for portfolio, website, or social media purposes where you have given explicit consent
- You may withdraw this consent at any time, although removal of previously published material may not always be possible
7. Confidentiality & Personal Data
Your privacy is very important to me.
- Any personal or sensitive information shared will be treated with respect and confidentiality
- Information is only used for the purpose of providing services
- Data is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy
