Created from years of research and experience, in collaboration with Daya Dewfall (my mother, pregnancy yoga teacher of 28+ years, doula and experienced holistic practitioner), this simple E-course is, my opinion, the antenatal education that every new parent-to-be deserves.
*Please note, some aspects are based on information relevant to the UK and Gibraltar.
What began as an in-person workshop transformed onto an online, access from the comfort of your home E-course, because honestly, this information is too valuable, and it’s all in one space. If you have just found out you’re having a baby, then this is a 1 stop shop for you to get prepped, with evidence based information, somatic practices, yoga and guided visualizations; this is honestly the education I wish I’d had before I had my first baby.

What’s included?
A prenatal yoga class you can access as many times as you’d like with Daya; who has taught pregnancy yoga at the Integral Yoga Centre Gibraltar since I was in her womb! CRAZY! That means, since 1995. Not to mention that she also trains prenatal yoga instructors as part of Hersha Yoga.
Next… bite sized videos on each trimester and some juicy info on how you and baby share your nervous system (and what this means!) followed by a guided meditation practice to build connection with yourbaby.
Birth prep comes after with conversation, practice, honest shares on tips and tricks and a lot of birth planning talk – bite sized, and accessible to come back to whenever you want it, so if overwhelm sets in, you get to walk away, and return with fresh feelings when you are ready. We also chat about birth trauma here and partners are included. It’s jam packed with gold for you to muse over, and work through together.
Then it’s postpartum – my favourite part! I am privileged to work with Every Birth Matters a few times a year covering the postpartum aspect of her Doula Prep training course, and every single time it is so much fun! I have dived deep into learning about how best to share these resources with you, from the importance of nourishing foods to pillars of support and conversations about postnatal depression.
And of course, there are some bonuses; because these are important, but didn’t quite fit in with the rest of the content.
Bonus 1: Audio recordings for you to download of the visualizations/meditations/practices.
Bonus 2: A fun, and honest chat about sibling relationships and how it’s actually okay for older kids to ‘hate the baby’ a little.
Bonus 3: Subject to availability, a birth debrief/postpartum check in with me (Rohana)
If you’re interested in purchasing the course, I’d also like to add that a portion of each fee (20%) goes towards a charity donation, previous donations have been towards to IYC Gib and to organizations supporting birthing women in Gaza due to the ongoing crisis. So, if you buy this course, not only are you giving yourself an important gift in preparing for baby, you are also creating ripples of good in the world.
*Please note once purchased, you will receive an email with links directing you to the course content and downloadable materials within 24 hours. If you do not receive such an email, please check your spam, and get in contact with Rohana at rohana@lessonsfrommylifeforce.com as soon as possible.
